Program Overview

The Vehicle Purchase Program (VPP) is a benefit program that allows Nissan North America (NNA) employees along with our affiliated company employees, their family and friends to purchase Nissan and Infiniti vehicles at a pre-determined price. The Vehicle Purchase Program also provides companies who supply Nissan North America with products or services on an ongoing basis with VPP benefits. Business Associate Companies and their employees and Dealership employees also can enjoy this method of purchasing Nissan or Infiniti vehicles.

Who is Eligible to Purchase

VPP participants must reside in the continental United States, Hawaii, or Alaska. Eligible participants include:

• Employees of NNA and their immediate family members (A Plan participants)
• Employees of NNA Affiliate Companies and their immediate family members (B Plan participants)
• Extended family and friends of NNA and Affiliate Company Employees (C Plan participants)
• Business Associate Companies and their Employees/Spouse (D Plan participants)
• Dealerships Employees/Spouse and their immediate household family members -Driver's licensewith same address as employee is required. (E Plan participants)
