The experience purchasing my car at Infiniti of Tysons Corner could not have been better. When I first visited, I had not decided on an Infiniti and actually thought I would buy an Acura or a Lexus. I test drove the G37 and was impressed by the car, but had not yet looked at Acura or Lexus so I was not ready to make a decision. Zeid Haragui was the sales associate that helped me; he did a great job reviewing the features and took me for a test drive. I left with enough information to make my decision but never felt pressured.
Zied did a great job following up with me over the next several weeks while I continued to look at other cars. He was never pushy. He called soon after I had determined there was noting on the market that I liked as much as the . He honored all the items we had discussed when I first looked at the Infiniti and the purchase was easy and low stress. the finance office was helpful and worked to find out if their offering was better than I could do independently.

We came in your dealership after shopping, at several other dealers to purchase a G37S, 6MT sedan. We found the car at your dealer in the color and interior that fit our needs; we then sat down to negotiate a price with our salesman Pattrick Gorman.
Our negotiations took serveral hours and in tho end Basher sat down with us to try to close a gap of several thousand dollars between our buy price and your selling price. Basher kept a very positive attitude, was willing to listen and had a quick smile no matter what senario we gave him. Some portion of the price was going to have to be financed and Basher wanted us to consider a longer finance period in order to get the payments in an aceeptable range. However with neither side willing to move we ended up I' leaving the dealer without the car that day.
The next day we returned after having been pre-approved at our Bank for a loan at 3.5%, much lower than the general market of lending rates. However, now armed with more money than the day before. The deal still required additional concessions in the area of car pric and dealer fee's to go through. When presented with what we had offer Basher stated, "I can work with this" and mode the sale.
Basher was wry professional in his approach and is obviously an experienced salesman willing to work with articulate buyers. Basher should be commended for his abilities; I doubt we would have purchased our car from your dealer without him.

I was in the process of purchasing a used G-35 from a private owner and brought the car into your service department for a pre-purchase inspection last week. The car checked out and I went ahead and purchased the car. However, I was horrified to find out later that day (after I had purchased the car) that there was a scratch and dent on the front left fender of the car. Unfortunately, I determined that it couldn't have happened anywhere else except while being serviced. I called Tony in your service department to let him know what happened and within an hour he called me back to inform me that the car would be repaired. On top of that, I was provided a loaner car. In this day and age, it's easy to become cynical about customer service and doing the right thing. I must admit, I was cynical about how the damage would be handled but it's nice to know that your company took care of an unfortunate incident and even provided me with a loaner car. My experience at Infiniti of Tysons was fantastic. I was shopping for an Infiniti and decided to test drive a G37X at Tysons based on reviews from this site. I was really just intending to test drive since I was waiting to close on a condo that I was purchasing in Arlington and I didn't need another credit check against my report until after closing. After my test drive, Towney Townsend, my sales consultant told me that it would not be a problem to hold the contract until after I closed and that I could still drive away with the vehicle the same evening. I was skeptical at first, even after Bash, the sales manager explained that they were an honest dealership and that they would do what it took to earn my business. I really loved the G37 and other customers had given Infiniti of Tysons good marks so I agreed. The sales process from there forward was as smooth as silk. My first offer which was based on a lot of price research was accepted without any haggling. The admin out processing by Jason in finance was very professional (he did have to reprint forms a few times since he caught mistakes where I was overcharged-so I didn't mind that at all).
Well, my closing was delayed another week and I returned to Infiniti of Tysons to explain the reasons to Towney and Bash. They were very understanding and Bash did not hesitate to extend the hold contract. Afterwards, Towney took the time to go over in detail all the car's operations and capabilities. I don't think I can recall a sales consultant that has ever explained a vehicle to me in such detail. While I was shopping around for other vehicles, sales people would just ride along for the test drive and ask me stuff about financing and leasing etc. At no time did anyone offer to explain to me anything about their vehicles and if I asked a question, they would have to break the owner's manual out. Towney was very professional and knowledgeable and responsive. I had been looking for a G 37 6MT Sport off and on for a few months but they are hard to find in the Northeast US. I live in central PA. I was also waiting for left over special deals. In late October, I found through Edmunds.com 1 on Long Island and 3 at dealers in Virginia. A few others were in Florida and down South. I called Tyson's Corner and the G37 I was interested in was sold but William Bowen called me back and said they just received what I wanted. I drove to VA Sunday morning (3 hours) visited 2 dealers. Bill Bowen at Tysons made it easy to buy the G 37. He knew the car; no high pressure and they gave me a great deal that I could not refuse. I got there at 2:30 pm on a Sunday, took a test drive, made a deal and Bill and the staff stayed 2 hours after closing to get the car prepped so I could do a trade-in and drive it home Sunday night.
Jason Parker, the Finance Manager, was also very professional and great to work with. Very knowledgeable, patient and thorough. He also made it an easy and enjoyable experience to buy the car at Infinite of Tysons Corner.
If you are interested in an Infinite, I would highly recommend William Bowen to sell you a car and Jason Parker the finance guy to seal the deal. They handled the financing and titling the car in PA, so out-of state customers are no problem.David R.,

I had a great experience with this dealership and just bought my second Infiniti from them. Initially, we had dropped off my 2007G for service and decided to walk around and look at the new cars just to kill time. Rich Slater was standing near the new car area and said hello and could he help us. Well, to make a long story short, I left that day with a new 2009G. This would certainly not have happened had Rich come across even the slightest bit pushy. Rather, Rich is a genuinely nice guy with a strong customer focus; he knows the vehicles he sells inside out and delights in showing them off. I don't think I'd ever say that buying a car is fun, but Rich definitely makes it pleasant. By all means, come to Tyson's Infiniti to look at their cars and ask for Rich Slater -- you won't be sorry.

I purchased a new 2009 G-37 Infiniti Coupe with the premium and navigation package yesterday. I heard positive feedback about Infiniti of Tyson's Corner from a poster on an internet car forum (Edmunds.com)??Since I live in Florida, and the dealership is in Virginia, the whole buying process was conducted via phone, Fax, and e-mail. To complicate matters further, the sales manager (Brian Addy) had to locate a car, because he didn't have one on the lot with the options I wanted.
When the requested vehicle was found in another state, the sales team arranged to have the G-37 transported to a Honda dealership about 100 miles from my home in Florida. All the paperwork was prepared and sent by overnight mail to Ft Myers Honda. I was promptly greeted there, and directed to the finance manager. From the moment we walked into the dealership, we were greeted with a friendly staff. Although my husband had test drove the car prior to me, when I arrived I had both of my children with me and needed to see how I liked the truck as I will be the primary driver. Wale not only was patient and showed me all I needed to know as I headed out for the test drive, but went out of his way to carry the car seat and assist my children as well as me.
My oldest is 9 and had almost as many questions as I did. Wale handled all of this with great patience and knowledge. ??My husband met me at the dealership and we only had one hour before having to get our oldest to a basketball game. We explained this to Wale and that if we could get a deal in that amount of time, great.
Wale and the manager worked together with us to come to a price we were both happy with. Even back in the finance office, Allen Kim worked quickly and efficiently with me as I still had one of my sons waiting. It is not easy for young children to have the patience necessary for parents to car shop. Infinity of Tyson's Corner were friendly and had TV channels available to help pass the time for the children. We had test drove a great deal of cars and I will say that Infinity made it easy to have our children with us.??Upon delivery, the car was spotless and shiny. Wale had the headphones and remote for the DVD all set up and ready to go. He showed me every aspect of the car that I could possibly need. He took the time to show me the service department and made sure I knew where the night drop was located. ??
Wale was exceptionally knowledgeable about the vehicle we purchased, as well as infinity itself. He was a pleasure to work with. I will say that I typically stay clear of dealerships and let my husband handle the majority of this part of buying a new car. For circumstances that had my husband working exceptionally long hours, I was the one that handled the majority of dealership time, including the finance office.

Overall, we had a great experience with Tyson's Infiniti. We bought a 2010 FX35 and love it! Our experience started when we called to see if they had any EX35's in stock because the OTHER Infiniti dealer didn't have any. Bill had one prepped for a drive by the time we got there 20 minutes later. We test drove both the EX35 and FX 35 that day. Bill was very knowledgeable and friendly, but not overly push about describing features that everyone knows a car has ("By the way, all of our cars have headlights!") as some other salespeople were at other dealerships. He spent over an hour with us on test drives, and encouraged us to drive other vehicle manufacturers and compare, confident we would come back. He was right.

Kenny Kang was great to work with. I came in with a pretty good idea of what I was looking for in a car, and was not interested in being "sold". Kenny showed me options that met my general criteria, and worked to make sure my needs were met. The negotiation was no nonsense, and we quickly arrived at the deal I was looking for.
Kenny and the entire staff were also very patient and helpful with my 4 year old, who got pretty bored with the process after awhile. Kenny kept him entertained by allowing him to watch Thomas the Tank Engine videos on his computer.

This was my first purchase of an Infiniti, and I identified through the internet that Infiniti of Tysons Corner had the best (largest) selections of 2011 M-37's with excellent interest pricing. I contacted Infiniti of Tysons Corner via email and arranged for a test drive. When I arrived at the dealership, I was paired with sales representative Kenny Kang. Kenny took me for a test drive of the M-37. It was very clear that Kenny knew the technology of the vehicle. He is very enthusiastic and was able to demonstrate most of the features of the car while we were on the test drive.
Reaching agreement on the price of the vehicle was very straight forward and did not involve any of the tactics you hear about when negotiating a car deal. We quickly reached agreement on a reasonable trade-in. Once the deal was set, I was turned over to Terry Long to handle the financials. Terry was able to clearly walk me through all the paperwork and other add-ons. I didn't feel any pressure to buy every extended warranty in the book.
